TomProtects keeps this simple. I collect the least I need to run the free checker, send the newsletter, and scope reviews — and I don't sell your data to anyone.
The free email checker
When you run the checker, I look up public DNS records for the domain in your email address (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). I don't access your mailbox or any private data. Your email address is added to my mailing list (via Kit) so I can send your results and follow-up fix-it guidance. I don't store the report itself.
Newsletter signups
If you subscribe, your email address is stored in Kit (my email provider) and tagged by where you signed up so I can send relevant content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
The audit intake form
Details you share on the intake form (name, domain, platforms, and any notes) are stored in Kit and used solely to scope and deliver your review. I don't share them with third parties.
What I don't do
I don't store your data anywhere beyond Kit, I don't run third-party advertising trackers, and I don't sell or rent your information.
